BuyDRM has announced Limelight Networks, a leading Digital Delivery Network provider, will be supporting their new PayMedia service offering Pay-Per-View, Pay-Per-Minute, and Subscription services for content owners and licensees.
The product aims to provide a turnkey solution for the entertainment, education, and enterprise marketplaces and Windows Media outlets.
The offering will be powered by the KeyOS DRM Platform from BuyDRM.
This combined offering between Limelight Networks and BuyDRM will be a joint effort to ensure robust integration between their respective technologies.
Limelight Networks Services are widely regarded as the industry-standard for digital media content, with the company providing delivery services to MusicMatch, Virgin Digital, PureTracks, iFilm, and many others.

BuyDRM will deploy their KeyOS server applications at specific Limelight Networks “edge” locations throughout the United States. This distributed DRM service is the first of it’s kind and will offer customers greater flexibility and control in deploying their media across the Internet.
