Licensing and Directing Deals With Bionca Seven

The company that was licensing the name Exquisite Pleasures from Bionca Seven has elected to terminate that arrangement, reforming as Exquisite Multimedia. Seven’s directing contract for said company was also terminated.

Both parties pointed to undefined business disputes as the cause for the split, which neither company wished to officially comment on.

Seven retains the name Exquisite Pleasures, but has sold her catalog to Exquisite Multimedia, the company that had been operating as Exquisite Pleasures since last October when the company was formed.

“I’m going ahead full steam. I have some super artistic ideas that I have in the can,” said Seven, who plans on releasing new titles for herself on November 1, the day after her contracts officially end, under the Exquisite Pleasures banner.

“We wish her the best. She’s a fantastic director,” Tony B, general manager of Exquisite Multimedia, told AVN.com. “She makes great movies, but sometimes business arrangements don’t work out.”

Max Hardcore, Rodney Moore, Tyce Bune and Justin Slayer are now distributed by Exquisite Multimedia. Exquisite Multimedia also plans on releasing a few more titles from Bionca Seven that were already completed.

“We’re still ready to rock and roll. Nothing has changed - it’s business as usual,” Tony B said.
