According to Johnny Thrust, Kid Vegas was supposed to have gotten into an altercation with performer Bruno over the Labor Day weekend on the Colorado River, and, as a result, tossed Bruno's driver's license into the drink.
Thrust: "Bruno was there with his new girlfriend, a performer named Tawni Little. They were doing their little thing for the crowds and Kid Vegas kept trying to pick up on her and feel her up and everything. She kept saying, no, go away, leave me alone. He was getting touchy-feely. Bruno finally said something to him, told him to knock it off. So, while Bruno and her were off performing, Kid Vegas took his ID's and wallet and threw them overboard. Bruno had just gone through a helluva time getting his license back in the first place. In a way it's funny, in other ways it's fucked up."
"Bruno's one of my friends," says Vegas. "He brought one of his girlfriends and got a little mad because I tried to get into a scene with her, and I didn't know she was only doing scene with him. That was the only problem. Johnny Thrust is a big loud mouth anyway, and I think he likes to suck dick a lot. That story never happened. Bruno lost his license. He asked me about it and I said I didn't know where it was."
