CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Lennox Films, a division of Inpulse Pictures, picked up two awards at the 2009 Feminist Porn Awards ceremony held in Toronto last weekend. The awards are an annual event hosted by Canadian adult retailer Good For Her.
Lennox Films' Intense Desires, an Eli Cross-helmed feature, was recognized as the "Sexiest Straight Movie." The second award was the naming of Tyler Knight as the male "Heartthrob of the Year," an honor that was based on his work in Intense Desires as well as his work in Vivid's Chemistry 4.
Nina Lennox, executive producer of the winning movie, was proud of the acknowledgement. "This is a great honor to be recognized for quality product by women, for women and receive such accolades from Good For Her," she said. "I would like to thank our director on this project Eli Cross, for understanding what women want, and sexy Tyler Knight for giving us his all.
"We knew we were on the right track creating quality, consistent entertainment for women and couples and now receiving these awards reinforces our direction."
Madison Bound Productions and Pink and White Productions also won two awards each. Madison Young, the personality behind Madison Bound, won the Indie Porn Pioneer award and her Perversions of Lesbian Lust Vol. 1 was named the Hottest Kink Movie. Pink and White Productions picked up the Steamiest Trans Scene for Crash Pad Series 2 - Unlocked and took home Movie of the Year honors for Champion.
