Jim Kohls, former president of LFP Inc, and Mark Hamilton, former executive vice president of LFP Video Inc., today announced the formation of Pulse Distribution and its production arm, Pulse Pictures.
"Mark and I have worked together effectively for a number of years, and I am greatly looking forward to us making Pulse Distribution and Pulse Pictures a success," Kohls said.
"I developed the greatest respect for Jim during my time at LFP," Hamilton added, "and cannot imagine a better partner to launch a new venture with.”
Kohls and Hamilton said that Pulse Distribution is starting operations this month, and Pulse Pictures would be releasing its first title in September.
"We have already received a number of commitments from studios and directors, and we will have further announcements in the coming weeks," Kohls said. “The studios will represent a wide range of styles, from feature films to high quality gonzo releases, and they will compliment each other well.
"Pulse Distribution will be a prominent partner for adult brands across all media formats, and we are already well-positioned to support studios in their efforts to maximize their revenue potential.”
