During the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas this past January, visitors to the Kick Ass booth could enter to win one of two new video iPods, pre-loaded with the company’s porn.
The occasion of the iPod contest was to mark the launch of Kick Ass’ network of sites: www.Porno4Portables.com. The company held one contest for industry, and another for the fans.
Industry winner Ben Gonzalez, a buyer for F Street Books in San Diego, California said, “this is great, it saved me from having to buy my own video iPod. From what I’ve seen, these online iPod movies are actually helping to drive sales in our store. They’re a great form of advertising.”
When notified that he’d won, DJ Carl, a fan all the way from Orlando, Florida exclaimed, "I'm so happy that I won a video iPod from Kick Ass! I've seen all their movies.”
Kick Ass has several full scenes available for download to iPods and other portable devices. Porno4Portables.com, like other Kick Ass sites, has daily updates that members can download as mp4s, podcasts or iPod optimized photosets. Users can sign up at any of Kick Ass’ sites.
