Kevin Blatt Resigns YNOT

Kevin Blatt has resigned his position at The YNOT Network. Blatt was VP of Marketing and Sales. The reasons cited for his sudden defection were, according to Blatt, dissatisfaction with the new parent company Flying Crocodile, and the direction in which the company was going.

Flying Crocodile is the parent company that owns SEXTRACKER, SEXLIST, XXXCOUNTER, and the newly formed YNOT. The CEO is Andrew Edmond, described by Blatt as a 26 year old online Svengali.

Per his agreement with YNOT, Blatt cannot disclose his settlement or the reasons specifically why he left. However, he did say that Flying Crocodile has promised in writing that neither party will disparage each other, or disclose any further details concerning them not seeing eye to eye.

Blatt, you'll remember was the key factor in the brokering of the deal between former Online Imaginations President Rick Muenyong and Andrew Edmond for the acquisition of YNOT. Blatt's brother D-Money sits on the newly formed Board of Directors of YNOT, as well as the ultimate sponsors panel that Edmond is putting together to unite webmasters.

Blatt came to YNOT a year ago when the fledgling company had been reeling from defections of key posters to Netpond. Blatt's creative marketing, coupled with the contacts he has in the porn business, is what had turned YNOT around in the past year, so much so it attracted the attention of many buyers.

While Blatt is entertaining a myriad of offers, he does want to stay in the adult online business. "The people I have met in this industry are the most genuine people in the working world, and some of the most generous, It has been an honor and a privilege for me to have been so warmly received in the adult community," says Blatt.

For now, Blatt is entertaining many offers especially from the video side of the business, but he plans to take some time off to relax and reassess what he wants to do in the online business.
