It's been a busy week for Kendra Jade. First, Luke Ford was going to resurrect a story from December in which Jade said at the time she saw Gene Ross take bribe money from John T. Bone every Friday. Jade admitted at the time she lied. Then she finally admitted it to Luke Ford who never bothered printing a retraction, and Jade admits it now, again that she fibbed.
Jade was also "busted" when it was discovered that she and Zoe were talking to other video companies last week in violation of their exclusive agreement with Cream. On Monday afternoon, Bone gave both Zoe and Kendra options to stay with the company or leave. They both chose to stay.
Jade now claims that a person or persons have been hacking into her computer, trying to gather "evidence" on her chat room conversations with others in the business. Jade acknowledges that she's heard about these so-called "logs" and subsequent rumors that transcripts of them were going to surface in an attempt to publicly humiliate her. A certain porn star/deep throat supposedly called Jade Saturday night warning her that Gene Ross was trying to "gather evidence" of Jade's chat room transcripts. [Ross knew nothing of his own alleged intentions, but it was two days later - Monday afternoon - that Ross was contacted by the same "deep throat" claiming to have the goods on Jade.
Jade: "I'm a total idiot. I can be an idiot. I never claimed to be perfect, ever. But I claim to be human, and in doing so, I make mistakes. I get angry, and I say things that I shouldn't. I say things that I don't mean. Lot of times, I get pissed at him [Bone], and I've made mistakes by going to Luke when I really should be keeping company business between us. I made a huge mess in December when I decided to shoot off my mouth. I was angry. I guess I wanted to take the opportunity to apologize to you [Gene Ross]. I feel I owe you that. I hope you'll give me another shot at doing the right thing. I'm not an idiot like people think. I fuck up, and I think everybody does.
Jade: "Everybody [in this business] tells me something different. I'm so fucked up in the head about who I should believe, what I should believe. I don't know who to trust, I don't know who not to trust. He's [Bone] is always saying I'm so damn naive. I am. That's one of my downfalls. Along with that comes the fact that I want to make friends with everybody. I try my damnedest not to have enemies. It's really unfortunate that people think that I'm an idiot, or stupid or a liar. I can't lie worth a damn. Ask John. I attempted to Monday, and five seconds later, I go, 'Okay, okay. I have to tell you the truth. That's not me, and I don't like you or anyone else for that matter to perceive me that way. I really am and truly sorry for anything that I caused you - any annoyances, or problems, or whatever."
Jade says her issues with Ford stem from her willingness to go to bat for people who she perceives as friends. Jade has been a staunch defender of Ford.
John T. Bone: "When she befriended Luke, she became his greatest advocate and would get into arguments with me over what a great guy he is and how she's talked to him and he hasn't printed it, that he has to be admired for that.
[Ford admits on his site that he trades up on stories - like someone buying and selling cars.]
Bone: "Then, when Luke decides to fight you, he buries Kendra. Now, all of a sudden she's standing there with her ass hanging out, going, 'But this is my friend. How can he treat me like this?' Then she makes friends with [deep throat], and they chat, Kendra goes, 'Oh, this is nice. I got a new friend. Then this porn star tries to bury her over the weekend. Then she goes, 'But, this is my friend.' "
Jade: "I realize this goes with the territory. I realize that everyone out here either wants what I have or wants to destroy me...I'm not saying I have so much, but I think that either way, everybody is out to get me. I hate that feeling. When I have the opportunity to make friends in this business I try to. I don't run in porn circles. If you were to ask me questions about another company's business, I don't know. I wouldn't know [the porn star/deep throat] if I saw her tomorrow. I still consider Luke to be my friend. I have no bad feelings towards him. John and I sat down yesterday. He knew that I was on the verge of leaving. I think he was on the verge of not wanting me there. We pretty much had to come to a decision on whether I was staying or going. If I'm staying, I've got to commit wholeheartedly. If I'm going, then it would be on okay terms. He wouldn't trash me. Along with that decision comes the fact that I can't be running my mouth off anymore. It's got be our company to pull together and stand strong. The only way I can achieve that, is by not speaking to Luke about our company or my personal issues or my business. That's going to stop."
Jade says her and Ford were not sleeping together. 'We'd e-mail 'suck my dick-stuff,' but we didn't have any ongoing thing like that. "I have told him a great deal of personal things, things that he's never printed which is part of the great deal of respect I have for him. He knows a lot about me, but he hasn't printed it."
Jade said her computer was hacked into Saturday night. "Doing that time I made a report to AOL," she says. "During that time there was a whole bunch of e-mail sent out from my address. There was a whole bunch of porn-stuff sent out from my 12-year-old sister's name. There's a lot of stuff going on. If possible, I'd like to see these logs. I don't know for that matter if it's me. Do you know when I tried to get my name Kendra Jade, I can't get it anywhere. Not in any chat room. It's all taken. In Yahoo, in AOL, everywhere I go, people have the name."
Bone: "The problem is, in this industry, our names are being used by other people in chat rooms. I cannot get any combination of John T. Bone in any chat room. J.T. Bone, John Bone, Bone. There is no combination of name. Every possible derivation is being used by somebody else. Same with Kendra. When Kendra goes into chat rooms she goes in as....because she can't get any derivation of her own name. Which means that there's dozens of people who purport to be Kendra Jade in chat rooms saying stuff. Here's the big thing. Somebody hacked into her computer. She was locked out of her own computer, read all of her personal stuff, then sent e-mails from her address, including pornography under her 12 year-old sister's name. [Jade said she can't find out what kind of material because AOL won't tell her.]
Jade: "I couldn't even get into my own computer. I had to go to AOL."
Bone: "AOL won't tell her who hacked here or where this stuff went to, but told her all about the e-mails. She's getting replies from people who said they received her e-mails. But somebody has sent out e-mail with her own actual e-mail address. What ever it is, it can't be good if pornography is being sent from her 12 year-old sister."
Jade: "I was screaming at AOL because I have parental controls on the kid's account. Somehow they [the hackers] got in and changed all the passwords which means they knew the master screen name. They removed all the parental controls and sent out the porn stuff. AOL said they couldn't tell me who was sending it or who it was sent to for security reasons. AOL did tell me that adult material was being sent out on my account and my sister's account. I said where is there parental controls on the damn thing?
At first I didn't mention it because I thought it was just some hacker out there that happened to get mine. Then the [porn star/deep throat] thing comes up. I'm going, isn't this a coincidence?
[Jade said she got her computer about two weeks ago and began talking to this particular star/deep throat in chat rooms. The star/deep throat is now claiming she has logs of those conversations.]
Jade: "She [the star/deep throat] called me Monday night. She said it wasn't her, that somebody faked calls to Gene Ross Monday afternoon claiming that it was her with the goods on me. She told me that somebody was setting her up."
Bone: "When I said to Kendra Monday that I think these transcripts are going to surface, I told her want you to know, that when they do, I'm not going to read it. She looked at me and said, [the porn star/deep throat's name]. The whole scenario is too weird. On Saturday night Kendra was warned by this woman that you [Gene Ross] were trying to get these tapes."
[The alleged deep throat called Ross Monday afternoon after sending Ross a teaser e-mail to which he responded. Deep throat began reading chats in which Jade was being questioned whether or not she was soliciting work from other companies. The Jade replies to some of the more incriminating questions, were always a 'No comment.']
Jade: "That's true. That's a 100 percent true. I was at a point for the past week, and John knows about this, that I was seriously considering leaving, going to a different company. I didn't know what I was going to do. I've been in this state for the last week where I need to figure some stuff out and get straight. When people asked me questions like did John do this, did Luke do that, I'd always answer, 'No comment,' sometime with a smiley face to be a smart ass. And sometimes I've be on there and said, 'Fuck John, ' 'Fuck Gene,' 'Fuck Luke.' 'Fuck Everyone.' I'm not going to lie to you, if there's something I said, I'll tell you I said it."
Bone: "I'm angry at her for her naivete, her trusting these people to respect her confidence. But I absolutely believe that she should have the right to be able to say whatever she wants about any of us. She just needs to do it in a place where people respect her privacy and don't bring it to a public forum."
Jade: "I realize that I no longer have privacy. I didn't know that people can do this, I didn't know they can print things that I'm saying. I got a computer two weeks ago. I'm having a blast. I was very stupid in saying my own personal thoughts and opinions to people who I don't know that well and trusted them not to repeat it. My own worst enemy is my mouth. But it will never happen again."
