Fans will mingle with porn stars tonight at the Paladinos Club, the location of the 3rd Annual KSEXradio.com Listeners' Choice Awards, presented by executive sponsor Adam & Eve.
The awards show recognizes the efforts of individual KSEXradio hosts, known as “porn jockeys,” as well as programs on the adult Internet radio channel, and non-KSEX related adult performers.
“The awards are given, 100 percent, by the listeners,” Wankus, programming director for KSEX, told AVN.com. “There is no advertising input, we have no input ourselves – what ever the listener’s decide that’s just the way it goes.”
Nominations for the Listener’s Choice Awards started approximately four months ago, when listeners began casting write-in ballots. The most popular nominations in each category were then culled for the general voting, the winners of which will be announced tonight.
The Dazz Band, best known for their hit single “Let it Whip,” and SlapBak will both play live sets during the event.
Layla Jade will host the event for the second year in a row.
A limited number of tickets for reserved seating that includes a buffet dinner before the show are available for $35, and general admission tickets are available for $15.
Dinner will be served at 8 p.m. and the awards show itself will start at 9 p.m.
