With plans to expand their programming and staff, KSEX Radio is looking for a larger facility, maybe your facility.
KSEX is reaching out to adult production companies who might be interested in sharing additional space at their facility and extending the possibility of collaborating on future events and shows.
“We would love to find a like-minded business that would be willing to give up 1800 to 2000 square feet of space at a good central porn location. We are willing to sub-lease the space at a reasonable rate, build a sound stage and help drive talent to their doorstep,” said KSEX general manager Chris R.
Ideally, the company would like to find a locale with and in-house audio/video editor that they can farm out work to, webmasters Harry Tate said.
KSEX’s current lease ends on June 8.
