Judge To Swinger: Take Yourself, Your Ex's Sexy Pics, Offline

They may have been swingers, they may have stayed sex partners after their divorce. But that didn't stop a 50-year-old Akron man from re-posting nude photos of his wife having sex with other men but with her formerly blacked-out face exposed. And it didn't stop a municipal judge from ordering him to take the photos offline.

Claude Swiger wasn't sentenced to any jail time for his vengeance re-posting, according to the Akron Beacon-Journal, but Municipal Judge Alison McCarty ordered him to give up his computer and stay away from Net porn during his year's probation.

Swiger and his former wife had once posted images of their swinging lifestyle online, but they blacked out her face, Swiger's attorney Roger Davidson told the Journal. It wasn't until after they broke up that the images were reposted , in September 2002, without the facial blackouts - and, according to detectives investigating the case, against an agreement between the two when they broke up as husband and wife, though they continued as sex partners.

Swiger has been ordered to avoid contact with his former wife. McCarty also ordered Swiger to show the proof that the reposted images were taken offline, after he told the court he pulled them fully from all Websites where they appeared, the newspaper added.
