Located on Jordan Avenue, near the corner of Topanga and Nordhoff, Jordan Studios is a 4,800-square-foot full-service production facility. Since opening in May, the space has already been utilized by many of the top studios in adult, including Vouyer Media, Wicked Pictures, Brazzers, Reality Kings, Naughty America and Devil’s Film.
Facility features include soundproof walls, 10- and 12-foot flats with attached ceiling options, various themed sets, hair/makeup room, two bathrooms, a large custom shower for filming, central heat and air conditioning, plenty of front and street parking, a roll-up gate for easy loading and unloading, space for a lighting truck to park inside, and wireless internet.
Pre-built sets include a large locker room/gym/dance studio connected to the custom shower room, a doctor’s office/hospital room with a hospital bed, a classroom, executive offices, bedrooms and a restaurant/nightclub/strip club and bar.
Jordan Studios also offers custom-built sets.
