Johnny Toxic may not have his own award show, but he certainly has his own book which is a work-in-progress. It's working title is Drugstar Cowboy. "The more I write, the more I'm on a roll," said Toxic. "The more I realize why did I leave Alvin and the Chipmunks.
"Actually, I couldn't have written this book last year let alone three year ago," he said. "There's so much current, pop culture, factual wild and crazy times of Johnny Toxic. I'm nowhere near done. I'm about halfway through and there's tons of good sample stories.
"Maybe the book will make the difference, but my goal is to write a monthly column for AVN. I'm not talking about something half-assed, but me writing about these events I go to - very behind-the-scenes, very much show-and-tell and opinionated about the business I'm around. I'm a really good fucking writer and it's obvious that I influenced this business and am an important voice of this genre. I'm not some fuckin' Kid Vegas dude running around out of control. That may be my persona, but I'd like to show off my talents as a writer."
