John the Stutterer, as he is known from his appearances on the “Howard Stern Show," is making his porn debut in upcoming Here Cums John, Vol. 1.
Distributed by Blue Light Films and Global Media, the title features John, whose speech impediment made him one of Stern’s regular returning guests.
“We met this guy from Blue Light Films who wanted us to distribute his line and one of the perks was that he would provide celebrity porn,” said Adam Trips, Global Media’s president of sales.
“But little did we know the celebrity was John the Stutterer, so we went with it and it’s been a boom,” he said.
The title, set for release on March 1, has drawn interest from a number of mainstream video stores including Tower Records and others, Trips said.
Much of the buzz comes from John himself who appeared on the Stern show earlier this month, touting the new release. Stern, for his part, was not impressed, telling listeners it’s “the most repulsive porno I’ve ever seen.”
It was Stern who first brought John to listeners’ attention in May 2000 after hearing that he had never slept with a woman. Stern would later bring in a porn star to have sex with John.
The video features six scenes with John and six separate performers.
Meanwhile, Trips said a second edition of Here Cums John is already in the works.
“He’s gross, but people love this guy,” he said.
