Jill Kelly Productions and Bizarre Video have parted ways, ending a relationship that began in June of last year.
According to CEO Bob Friedland, JKP had a licensing agreement with Bizarre that included the right to purchase all of their assets, including the name.
The licensing agreement expired at midnight, January 7. “At that time we informed them we were not going to go through with the purchase of the assets,” Friedland said.
Bizarre owner Keith Gordon was unavailable for comment.
