Jewel De'Nyle comments on her being nominated for Best New Starlet, getting it in the rear from Peter North and some of her current and future projects with New Sensations.
De'Nyle: "I'm nominated in my home turf and that makes me feel really good. I've been working on an Extreme Jewel movie periodically. It'll be my first d.p. with anal, everything. It's going to be all anal. I'm doing six scenes. We'll have a foot fetish scene, a bondage scene. It's going to be everything that I've wanted to do and have fantasized about doing but never got to do. I put it together and Scott Taylor is directing it with my fantasies and my ideas. I'm very excited about it."
De'Nyle said she did her very first anal scene in North Pole 10. "I did 25 minutes of straight hardcore anal with Peter [North]," she says. "That was a tremendous scene. He was like, 'You've never done anal before? My ass.' He said you can take me like it's no problem and do it for 25 minutes? I said I like it."
G. Ross: "Why did you wait so long to do it?"
Jewel: "The right person - someone I had to trust. To me that was something special."
G. Ross: "Knowing that Peter packs the luggage that he does. This is not a little carry on..."
Jewel: "I know! And I'm a tiny girl."
G. Ross: "What kind of thoughts were going through your mind?"
Jewel: "I was scared. Oh my God I was so nervous. And we were on a yacht in the middle of an ocean doing it. We were not in a comfortable situation, number one. The boat's rocking like crazy in the wind, and I'm doing my first anal. You can't really tell in the movie that it's windy. The cameraman held it so still. It's amazing. I was paying attention to the boat rocking and not paying attention to that. The first penetration shot was like painful and scary. But he took it slow and was easy on me. After we got it going I didn't want to stop. I was a bad girl. I was like, yeah, I want to do more anal positions. I ended up doing four anal positions and one vaginal. Once I got into it, I was totally into it."
G. Ross: "Did anyone try to give you horror stories beforehand?"
Jewel: "Yeah. Everybody tried to freak me out about it. Oh you can't do your first anal with Peter. You got to warm up."
G. Ross: "Are you now an anal maniac meaning you'll never be satisfied?"
De'Nyle: "I'm not an anal maniac. You won't see me do many anal gangbangs..or any fists. I will only go so far. I want to be nasty in my scenes, naturally, but I'm not over the top. I like to do sex and make it real, not a show. I could care less if my makeup's all over my face and I've got mascara dripping down. I don't like to do stuff for shock value.
"I'm doing a big feature this weekend. It's the biggest one we've ever done. It's a vampire movie. It's got special effects costumes from the people that did Alien. There's one costume that's $70,000. My director [Nic Andrews] has connections and is friends with the guy. But they get to keep the suit. We don't. But it's amazing. This feature is going to be stakes through the heart, exploding chests, real vampire teeth that are molded...we're going to have tons of special effects. It was going to be called Dark Angel, but we found out that there was another movie with that title. I don't know what we changed it to."
Jewel says the vampire feature will be shot on the End of Days soundstage. "We're using that set," she said. "They were going to tear it down, but we ended up paying to use the set so they wouldn't tear it down. It's going to be pretty elaborate."
