Performer-director Jewel De’Nyle will only be the latter part of that hyphenate after she shoots Jewel De’Nyle’s Last Movie for Platinum X Pix later this month. Her last scene in front of the camera will be a double penetration with labelmates Sean Michaels and Julian.
“I have too much on my plate to be performing,” she told AVN.com. She plans to devote all her energy to helping to manage and market Platinum X, the company she part-owns.
To that end she has signed off as a producer with Puritan, the Pennsylvania-based manufacturer for which she’s been shooting two series: Babes in Pornland and the new Fresh Porn Babes. Vol. 6 of the new line will be the last of the 26 titles she’s shot for Puritan.
De’Nyle has added a couple of new titles to her PXP lineup: Chix in the Mix (multi-racial girl-girl) and Size Queens. She scored quite a coup by getting porn legend Ginger Lynn to do a scene in the latter. It’s a d.p. with Ben English and Michael Stefano that De’Nyle describes as “the most hardcore scene she’s ever done. And she did it as a favor to me ‘cuz we’re friends.”
Shipping February 3 is her Porn Star Idol, a tongue in cheek takeoff on the TV series. It’s “more on the feature side,” she says, with a cast of mostly non-professionals. “It’s a bunch of normal people off the street trying to do my job.” She says she could barely complete the editing because “everybody was falling off their chair laughing.”
