Jenna Goes Wireless in Latin America

Uber-star Jenna Jameson has teamed up with mobile wireless entertainment provider Wicked Wireless to offer Latin American cell phone users ClubJenna content.

The Modeltel Mobile Storefront will provide Central and South American TelCel Telefonica subscribers with access to Spanish-language content from all of the ClubJenna girls. The program features music, R-rated wallpapers, and moantones, among other things.

“My name has become an internationally-known brand and wireless is an amazing new opportunity for us to capitalize on this recognition,” Jameson told AVNOnline.com. “We have had proposals from several companies over the past year for Latin American services and we decided to move ahead with Wicked Wireless and TelCel Telefonica because they are very professional and great to work with.”

Wicked Wireless has integrated several state-of-the-art tools into Jenna’s Modeltel Storefront, such as a Mobile Media Presentation System (MMPS) that enables mobile phones to handle sophisticated interactive entertainment and graphics with very low power consumption.

With the technology and the ClubJenna touch, Wicked Wireless CEO Dennis Adamo said he expects the new product to perform very well.

“In Latin America there are 15 million capable subscribers in the 10 countries we are launching in. We expect to have high penetration,” he told AVNOnline.com. “I just got back from Caracas recently and they’re all ears.”

Adamo said the company will have similar ClubJenna services available in the states later this year. Jameson’s own wireless company, Ytel Wireless, currently offers images, screensavers, games and ring tones to several carriers in Europe and Asia.
