"They din't fire me," said Jasmin St. Claire. "I quit a few days ago. I just want to pursue other things now."
Jasmin: "There will be other things outside the business and in the business. I just got my ISFA certificate [a form of kickboxing, she says]. I'm really excited about it. I'd like to do some more films, maybe nicer movies that are in the industry. Right now I don't think Rob has the type of stuff I wanted to do. Which is fine. I'd also like to pursue the wrestling.
"I'd like to go to Japan for a few weeks and fight there. Do some matches there. But I definitely want to pursue the stuff with wrestling more than anything else. Basically I'm getting the shit kicked out of me four days a week. I have the best trainer in the country right now. I don't drive into East LA and the Valley for training on a stiff ring for no reason. I have my heart and soul into this 200%. Everytime I have that feeling, I go for it and usually succeed. And I don't let up until I get what I want. I'm going to get it and case closed.
"I'm taking my bumps really well. It's fun but my back's killing me. Rob got me started and got my push into wrestling but things became a little too hectic there. I just want to go on and pursue other things in my life and see what else is out there."
G. Ross: "Are you saying you may be going on to an upper end wrestling league?"
Jasmin: "I will be. I don't want to talk too much about it, but I will say one thing, as I am working some upper end independent shows here and there with some very good money and some very good cards. I'm getting put over more as a Sable-type figure."
G. Ross: "Can you say what organization?"
Jasmin: "I won't be at liberty to because there are so many other things involved. But I will tell you, I'll be at the AWA Loughlin show next week. I'm looking forward to it. There's a lot of stuff involved in it. They're putting me over as a character that can fight, wrestle and take bumps. I have no problem doing that with my martial arts background. I've advanced quite a bit for someone who's just started. I think I'm also going to pursue another form of martial arts as well. I know that there's a lot of backyard wrestling going on these days. What I'd like to do, sometime next year, I'd like to open up a wrestling school for kids who don't have the money, to take the classes. That opportunity is being given to me now and I'd like to give that opportunity to somebody else. Believe me, I really have my soul into it, now.
"I'm going to pursue doing action movies as well. I have been getting offers from some better companies to do some movies for them. Rob gave me a chance to do some acting here and there, but given that chance I'd like to do some really nice features.
"I'm also continuing my dance career because I do have my fans to meet and they are the ones that stood behind my career decisions all along. They'll support whatever I do. I feel extremely relieved, happy and great. Better than I have before."
G. Ross: "I'm getting the impression that the break was over money."
Jasmin: "There was a slight discrepancy with some money. It wasn't a Bowen situation by any means. Rob's checks do clear. That's one thing I will say for him. There's just a discrepancy over some money. I did make myself available to shoot whenever. I had those available dates to shoot and they weren't shooting me. They were doing other things. Whatever. I didn't want to do any more gangbangs. They wanted me to do a gangbang. I was game for it at one point. Then again I wasn't. If I'm going to do something like that I want full-force publicity. At the same time, I declined from it. My test ran out and I didn't even know. I refused. Even on my hand I refuse to let myself work with people when I don't have a test. There are people working out there with girls who don't have tests. That's a bad thing. That says a lot about them.
"No, I wasn't fired. I quit. I want to clarify that for the record. I know Kevin Kleinrock is going around telling people that he fired me. That's a load of shits. There are various witnesses that know that I quit including Charley Frey, including Dominic Acera and Michael who photographs me for all the wrestling magazines. I'm getting what I want and I'm going fast. When I do things like this I move, and I move really fast. Reme mber when I first came into this business? I knew what I wanted and I got it. That's what I'm going to do again.
"One thing I do miss, I miss Ashlyn [Gere]. That's the only thing I miss from Extreme. She wasn't even a part of Extreme. She walked last month. She was really a nice girl. I liked her a lot. I really liked it when it started up. It was one big happy family. But things change when you have a lot of different projects going on. So how have you been? Why don't you wrestle? Why don't you learn how to 'work?'
G. Ross: "I don't have to learn. I'm a natural, baby."
Jasmin: "If we went into the ring right now and I wanted to do a little match with you and I gave you my finishing move, and my pin, you could take all those bumps?"
G. Ross: "We'd never get to the point where I'd take those bumps. I'd outmaneuver you."
Jasmin: "So you know how to use my weight against myself. Okay. You wait."
G. Ross: "I'd through you in a Rossian bearhug and that would be the end of it. The match would be over in five seconds."
Jasmin: "That's your finishing move?"
G. Ross: "That's for starters."
Jasmin: "I got a finishing move but I haven't found a name for it yet, but I'm really proud of my progress. And when you see me on TV shows in the future I will defintely blow away Luna [Vachon]. I'm so focused. I've never seen myself so focused.
G. Ross: "By the way, Bowen seems to think you're a total bitch."
Jasmin [in a British accent]: "I thought I was quite pleasant except when someone cannot maintain an erection, but other than that... I go there, I do my job. I don't expect to be with someone that's unprofessional to work with. I'm getting paid to fuck. You're getting paid to have a hard on to fuck me. Let's have fun, baby and do that. If I'm having such a problem, why is it that we've had some offers already that came to us?"
G. Ross: "He also says there were three shoots he set up none of which you showed up for."
Jasmin: "Yeah, he's lying. There were no shoots. He didn't have the money to do shit, baby. He didn't have anything set up. I don't know what the hell he's talking about. I know Rob was going to see there was a gangbang but it wasn't finalized if I was going to do it. Quite frankly I wanted to get away from that and it made no sense.
