Hammer, who's setting some kind of record for correctional facility time, was on his way to a Joey Silvera shoot in Malibu, when he got pulled over by the cops. Seems Hammer had some outstanding warrants as the result of unpaid tickets. Apparently there was also some matter of a parole violation thrown in to boot. Sources say Hammer's current girlfriend at the time was supposed to have turned in him. No indication on what Jack's stretch was this time.
