LONDON - Italian website www.ciarlatano.it has named Harmony Films head Gazzman Best Director of 2007. The award is the latest in a string of international accolades for the Scottish director, whose work is distributed in the U.S. by Evil Angel.
"Being awarded with Best Director of 2007 by [webmaster] Massimo and ciarlatano.it is a great honor and a pleasant surprise," said Gazzman. "I've always sought to bring the best production values to the hardcore gonzo titles I direct. It's always good to know that the public takes notice of your work and recognizes it."

Film Festival, the U.K. Adult Film Festival
and AVN.
"The following Gazzman has is global," said Jason Maskell, Harmony Films' sales and marketing manager. "He's one of the few adult directors in the world who's known for his movies no matter where he goes."
Gazzman's Maison Erotique (Harmony/Evil Angel) is up for Best Foreign All-Sex Release at the 2008 AVN Awards. His series Fuck Me scored a nomination in the same category for a volume featuring Best New Starlet Naomi, while the line was nommed for Best Foreign All-Sex Series.
