It's Raining Dayton and Other Things

Talent manager Scotty Schwartz' mention of Dayton Raines earlier in the day prompts our recollection of an interview we did back in September with this luscious blond bombshell which is, at least, fresh to this site. Here goes.

Raines: "I was working at the Imperial Theater in Anaheim and Jill Kelly came and featured there. I was completely intrigued by her and what she did. I got World Modeling's number and went in and saw Jim. I was pretty much doing nude modeling for a long time and then just started doing boy-girl. I first got into the business a little over two years ago then took time for myself to sort things out. I got back in November of last year, started doing girl-girl and now I'm doing boy-girl. I just decided I was ready for it. I believe that you should take your time in what you do, decide if you're really ready for it. You don't jump in and say I'll do anything for $2. I think you should pace yourself. In any job you should do that. In this business, I feel your career will go much further if you start out slow and work your way. Otherwise it's a big ordeal. Every time you do something different it's a big ordeal."

Because Raynes, a former cocktail waitress, possesses the bod of a gym rat and those muscular high-heel calves, we asked her how much time she devotes to working out. "I've been to the gym three times in my whole life," she said. "I'm totally natural." Raynes said she met Schwartz at a Brian Williams shoot, that she was looking for a new manager and liked his approach. "He's totally cool, nice and treats everyone equally," Raynes said. "One of his girls might be prettier than another. Someone might be younger, but it doesn't matter. He works just as hard for every girl. I like the way he treats people."

Raynes also said she particularly liked working for Bud Lee. "He's cool," she said quite enthusiastically. Raynes, who lives in Orange County, has worked for Sin City and Vivid but says she doesn't generally push it. "If they call me, I'm happy to work." Raynes says one of the drawbacks of a long commute to a shoot is that valuable time gets eaten up by travel. "Then I don't have time to see any of the comapnies," she says. Raynes says Schwartz has been doing great on her behalf.

Raynes said she did a scene once with Brick Majors on a tennis court and had to go to the bathroom. "With some women you hit a certain area and have to go," she said. "I needed to go to the restroom and he said, 'Pee on me, pee on me.' I pee'd all over him then he ate my pussy. But it was cool because I'll always remember it. It was 110-degree heat on a tennis court at high noon. At that temperature it's a little gross." Other than that, Raynes says she's not inclined to outlandish behavior on camera.

Raynes says she particularly enjoyed her time as a dancer especially being a lending shoulder for the next sob story that would come into the club. "They feel like they can open up and release to you because you're like a confidante. It's cool."
