Industry Resource Vets Launch New Gay Affiliate Program

Red Bag Productions, the parent company responsible for such popular adult industry resource websites as GayWideWebmasters.com, FemaleWebmasters.com, and SpamBoards.com, has launched a new gay affiliate program, CondomCash.com, complete with 18 exclusive niche pay sites.

According to Red Bag Productions’ chief executive Lee Windsor (perhaps best known as the moderator of GayWideWebmasters), “CondomCash has been a long time coming. In the midst of all the projects, plans, and ventures we have presently, an affiliate program was definitely a next step. As a company, we have worked in almost every venue of adult as well as a lot of non-adult ventures, so owning our own affiliate program was inevitable.”

Featuring the usual array of free hosted galleries, webmaster referral programs, free image content, and banner and button promotions, CondomCash also offers a roster of sites that are frequently updated and created with the surfer in mind. From the Asian-themed GeishaGuys.com to the boxers-and-briefs-themed UnderwearDudes.com, the sites were created out of several discussions launched on Red Bag message boards about what kinds of pay sites webmasters want.

“The resource communities we own have helped a lot,” Windsor says. “We get to see what affiliates have been and are currently looking for, and we are able to act on that.

“For the most part, what makes CondomCash different is the ‘niche-ability’ of the sites,” Windsor stresses. “We have worked with a lot of webmasters over the years, and we find that many have traffic so well defined that finding the right site to convert was getting difficult. These aren’t exactly the most unique of sites, but our lineup does, in fact, hit a wide variety of areas and niches that webmasters simply can’t find anywhere else.”

Windsor says his company chose the niches based on a desire to present something different to both gay surfers and affiliates.

“Most of the other sites out there targeting the gay consumer are sticking to the same sort of thing: skinny, emaciated twinks, straight guys who go ‘gay for pay,’ and your typical, token gay site, which we are all more than familiar with,” he explains. “That’s why we decided to go with some of the lesser-known micro-niches inside the gay marketplace. CondomCash is breaking those molds, one at a time.”

Windsor hints that there are other developments on the way, like a Red Bag production company that will shoot its own content, as well as six other micro-niche sites that are currently being beta-tested for an early 2006 launch.

“My hope is to offer webmasters a quality program that pays very well,” he says, “[but] I’m looking forward to the future. I want to be in a place that we can give webmasters more than they expect. That will start happening over the next few weeks as we roll out some unique promotional tools, but for now, it’s one step at a time.”
