International Video Distributors has announced their new opening package sale, slashing prices on 100 VHS and 100 DVDs to encourage retailers, both established and new, to open an account with IVD, which has been supplying the adult industry since 1985.
Customers are able to buy 50 features and 50 four-hour comps and 100 DVDs for $599, which breaks down to approximately $3 per title. A custom package can be designed to meet the individual needs of the buyer.
"If you're in a black neighborhood, we might try to steer you to taking some Videoteam product or something from another company with ethnic product," said Kim Gallagher, sales manager for IVD. "We've a large variety of companies to choose from. If it's not something that's in the sale list, we can work something out for you anyway."
Retailers do not have to be new to adult to take advantage of the offer - just new to IVD. Existing customers of IVD can take advantage of daily and weekly sales that will offer similar pricing.
"We actually have similarly priced items for just about anyone. We have specials going on each week. There is always a deal to be had over here," Gallagher told AVN.com.
The opening package sale is good year round.
