LOS ANGELES—Shortly after the announcement today by AVN of the names of this year's inductees into the various divisions that now make up the AVN Hall of Fame, industry veteran Howard Levine sent in his thanks for being inducted into the Executive Branch, mentioning how honored he was to be included with his fellow inductees. But more than that, he expressed a sincere affection for a business he has been an integral part of for 25 years. His note is reprinted here in its entirety:
I want to thank AVN and the Hall of Fame committee for inducting me into this year’s Hall of Fame.
I am honored to be included with such people as Bonnie Kail, my old, late pal Al Goldstein, Marci Hirsch, Will Ryder, Greg Alves and Dan O’Connell.
I have always loved this business that I am so privileged to be part of, and my passion still remains strong as ever.
Looking forward to another 25 years. Which will put me at 85 years old and I’m pretty sure I’ll be with my other two pals, Hall of Famers Marty Turkel and Ed Kail, by that time.
It has been a very sweet ride.
Thank you.
Howard Levine
