Home Entertainment 2003 Changes Venues and Dates

The Video Software Dealer's Association (VSDA) announced today that the venue for the VSDA's Home Entertainment 2003 has been changed from The Rio Hotel and Casino to the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas. The show has also been moved backed two weeks.

"This was an opportunity that came up and we could not afford to let it pass. The Venetian is a great venue and is well-suited to our clientele," said Tom Warren, Chairman of the VSDA. "It provides extensive business suites for exhibitors and the ability to locate all exhibitors in a single tower, making it a perfect business environment for attendees."

The Venetian is considered more suitable for the "exhibitor suite" concept that was utilized for the first time at last year's Home Entertainment.

Attendees will be offered rooms at the Venetian for under $100 per night.

VSDA's Home Entertainment 2003 will now be held July 29-31. The show had previously been slated for July 15-17 at the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
