Teri Hess reports that a judge has reweighed a decision to postpone her trial for 90 days and has green lighted Monday, Nov. 29 to begin with jury selection. The trial was going to be postponed for additional depositions from private detectives, but that's a moot point. They won't be included. "I think it's going to make it more difficult for both sides," Hess says. Hess is suing the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills over an incident stemming a couple of years ago in which Hess was allegedly assaulted by hotel security.
