Heidi Ho still claims she never cashed Medoff's check. "I have no idea what he's talking about," she said. "I sent that check back to him."
Ho: "That't amazing. I don't think this happened. I deposited my other checks from New York and they haven't cleared yet. I thought I sent it back to him. I did send a package back to him. I know I did not sign that check. I'm really sick and tired of him and his crap. If he wants to talk to me, he can call me straight up instead of going through this route. [Bearing in mind that it was Heidi who chose this route in the first place.] Otherwise, no comment. I was in California last week and sent a package back to him. I don't know what he was or what he's doing. I sent that check back. How can this go through the bank and he can already have a canceled check? This doesn't make sense. Whenever I write a check it takes a month for it to come back."
