European affiliate program 1Cash.net has launched a hardcore, pay-per-view movie site, MovieTrigger.com. The thing that makes this site different from the rest is that consumers can buy the movies through SMS.
“People send a text message with the code they see on the site, they receive a code back, which they type in and the movie starts to stream on the computer screen,” Jens Haxgart, president of 1Cash, tells AVNOnline.com. “We’re just using mobile as the payment tool. It works as a pay-per-view and there’s no subscription.”
MovieTrigger.com has hardcore sex, lesbians, group sex, S&M, and blowjob niches, among others, and features more than 3,000 movies, updated weekly. The site also uses credit cards, Web call and dialers as payment options, but SMS billing is the big feature.
“We’ve designed MovieTrigger.com for adult webmasters to generate a profit on European traffic. They do this through an SMS payment access tool, specifically designed for the European market,” Haxgart says.
1Cash pays a 70 percent revshare for sales at MovieTrigger.com.
