From aspiring starlets at World Modeling to the consumers who watch their work, HBO’s new documentary series A Real Sex Xtra: Pornucopia: Going Down in the Valley attempts to cover the full spectrum of the Adult industry.
The six–part series covering the adult entertainment industry debuts on HBO this Friday, November 12, followed by a new episode every Friday until the documentary has run its course.
The series’ debut shows life at Jim South’s World Modeling Agency, visits the 2003 AVN Awards Show in Las Vegas, and profiles Jill Kelly Productions.
Serving as both producer and director of the series is Dan Chaykin, who has produced pieces for newsmagazines such as CBS's West 57th and ABC's Day One.
Steve Ziplow, author of A Filmmaker's Guide to Pornography, is the executive producer of the documentary.
