KSEXradio announced the hiring of director Guy Capo and adult star Teagan Presley to their family of porn jockeys.
With Lani Lei accepting a full time role for Playboy shooting 7 Lives Exposed, KSEX management had a slot to fill on their Tuesday night lineup. They decided to replace Lei with the dynamic duo of Capo and Presley, whose debut show, Around the Block, will air Tuesday, July 13 at 5 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
"I'm excited about it and will make the most of the show and do KSEX proud," New York native Capo said in a statement. "I know once we get into the flow of things, the show will be a winner."
The theme of Around the Block revolves around the hosts and guests who have been "around the block" in a variety of situations from sex to real-life relationships, Hollywood, mainstream news, and adult insider information.
Capo, who relocated from Dayton, Ohio to Los Angeles in March of 2003, is a professional poet, playwright, actor, director, comedian, and commercial producer, with over 10 years of theatrical experience prior to the porn biz. Capo debuted with Tom Byron's Evolution Erotica and made an impact with the Teen Meat series under the name Timothy Tyler Thomas. He now produces independently for both DVSX and Kick Ass Pictures, with fresh and innovative new releases every month.
According to a KSEX press release, “Presley has become the most talked-about rising adult star in recent months with the longest thread running on Adult DVD Talk and in a recent interview with Jenna Jameson on Hardcore Gossip, Jameson not only expressed her desire to work with Presley but claimed interest in signing her to a contract. Presley, who began her career with help from LA Direct Models, has now shot for many big name companies and her recent appearances on KSEX has led to some of the highest listening stats of the year.”
Two porn talents unite for an online radio show. So what's the twist?
Well, the twist is that Presley and Capo have never met before.
"I paired them together based on their two completely different personalities and their two opposite sides of the business," said KSEX director of programming, Wankus. "I've been doing this a long time. I'm confident these two will gel very well together."
In fact, Wankus said he is so confident he is making their first introduction to each other live on the first show.
"They can interview each other," Wankus said. "It'll help them learn about each other but at the same time bring out their individual characters for the fans. We don't usually do things this way, but I think with these two it'll work well."
