The popular starlet agreed to an 18-month deal in which she will perform in nine high-end videos and appear in several layouts for the magazine. In addition, Lynn will be the face of the company's Website, clubonline.com, which will be relaunched with a new format in March.

"This is everything I wanted from the beginning," Lynn told AVN.com Wednesday in an exclusive interview. "I've never been so excited as I am now to shoot a movie."

The historic agreement ended months of speculation and a bidding war for her services. After 30 years of producing its top-notch glamour publication, Club decided it was time to make the next big move.

"Gina’s a fantastic performer with a huge media presence and we’re thrilled she has chosen Club to showcase her talents," said U.S. editorial manager Lisa Massaro. "In addition to her beauty, Gina has a professional demeanor that combines with her personal charm to make her a pleasure to work with and the ideal person to represent our company."

Laurent Sky, the respected industry photographer who added video to his repertoire last year, captured Lynn's first contract layout that will feature her as the cover and centerfold of the July issue. It will go on sale May 4.

Sky's spectacular Fetish: The Dream Scape for Ninn Worx/Pure Play Media won AVN Awards on Jan. 10 for Best All-Sex Video, Best Director, Non Feature and Best Art Direction of 2003.

"I'm so comfortable with everybody at Club and with Laurent," Lynn said. "I had a few offers within this six-month period. I'm glad I waited. These movies are going to be completely different than anything I've ever done. "

The starlet is scheduled to fly to Los Angeles today from her home in Sinking Springs, Pa., to prepare for the first Club Video production, Gina Lynn Reinvented, which will begin shooting this weekend.

Lorenzo Santini is the producer and director for the project that is slated for release in mid-May.

"There will be a little twist to it," Lynn said coyly. "There will be two sides of me."

Lynn's star has been on a rapid rise in recent months. She is one of the faces of The Sopranos ad campaign that will feature her on a billboard in Times Square in New York to promote the fifth season of the HBO series.

The 2004 AVN Female Performer of the Year nominee will also begin appearing in a national cable commercial next week to tout her Strippers Down ‘n Dirty series. And she is one of the models on the label for the Sum Poosie energy drink.

That comes on the heels of a role in the feature film Analyze That and the lead in Eminem's video "Superman."
