Industry stalwart Marc Giffy and crew have formed their own production company called Velvet Video.
“Velvet will see me apply my lengthy experience of over 15 years of shooting to its product line,” Giffy told AVN.com. “That, combined with the fact I have some of the best crew and investors I’ve ever worked with in the industry will ensure the company’s success.“
Giffy’s impressive shooting portfolio includes over 5,000 adult video scenes. He has also edited 500-plus adult movies for companies such as North Pole, NorthStar, Puritan, Pleasure, Outlaw, Plum, Tabitha Stevens, Jewel De'Nyle, Platinum X, Jill Kelly Productions, Fallen Angel, Hustler and others.
Marc has also directed many movies such as Puritan's Video Magazine series.
According to Northstar's Richie Zaye, a recipient of Giffy directed content, he is confident that Velvet Video's movies will compliment Northstar's video lines; largely attributable to Velvet’s combination of high-end broadcast equipment and great performances from both new and experienced talent.
Velvet’s first movie release, Bangin' the Bachelor will be distributed with snazzy, red foil Box covers and DVD inserts, ensuring they stand out to customers.
