Throughout the month of April, gay webmaster forum GayWideWebmasters.com will be hosting an exciting promotional giveaway. For each day of the month, a different contest will be held. The winner of each contest will be awarded a prize from a prize pool worth more than $4,000.
“Every day will have a different type of contest,” says GWW moderator Lee Windsor. “For example, the first content could be a ‘longest thread’ contest, or it could a ‘post the best-of’ contest. It could just as easily be something like ‘guess what this is a picture of.’”
Prizes will include, among other things, content sets, traffic, gift vouchers, site memberships, movies, and even cold, hard cash.
And, notes Windsor, “No matter whether you have one or 1,000 posts, your chances of winning on any given day are the same as everyone else’s.”
Windsor says that offering the promotion is a way for him to give back to members of the popular message board.
“My goal is to give back to the GWW community,” he tells AVNOnline.com. “Keeping things interesting is always a goal of mine when it comes to GWW, and building community member interaction is very important, not only to me, but for our community of members. This not only gives our members a chance to win; it gives other members a chance to promote themselves. In essence, it’s good for business all around.”
