Gay.com, Club Channel 1 Join Forces for National Tour

Club Channel 1 announced details in a press release today of its partnership with Gay.com to roll out the “Come Together Across America” tour this fall.

Forty bars and clubs in the Club Channel 1 network will host events during the coast-to-coast party tour that begins September 10 at Axis in Columbus, Ohio, and ends November 30 at Omega DC in Washington, D.C. An invitation-only kick-off party will be held at San Francisco's 111 Minna on September 9.

A complete tour itinerary, wrap-up information, and pictures from the bars and clubs will be featured on Gay.com after each event.

Chi Chi LaRue’s club video entertainment program, Club Channel 1, is shipping promotional packages to all bars and clubs hosting parties. The packages will include gift bag items and giveaways from the sponsors of the tour.

Falcon Studios and All Worlds Video models will also be appearing at select events.

According to the press release, Gay.com will feature special party pages that list and promote all the stops along the party tour. Visitors to the site will be able to register for each event, see who else has registered to attend, and invite their friends. New and existing Gay.com members can also sign up to receive gift bags and enter to win door prizes at each event.

The Gay.com party pages will feature a wrap-up report after each event, including photos, guest comments, contest winners, and stories about each party.

No one else has that extensive database and could pull off a campaign this large.”
