Kristen has neither contacted AVN, nor showed up at the office with a tape of a phone message [see yesterday's geneross.com] she claims to have of John T. Bone's ex-partner Jerry Garfinkel allegedly trying to make secret deals for Kandid Kristen behind Bone's back. Kristen was supposed to bring the tape in for authentication since she claims she doesn't know either Garfinkel or his voice
Garfinkel was out of the office yesterday, but called this morning to comment. Garfinkel apparently has something in common with Kristen. He doesn't know her, either.
Garfinkel: "Kristen? I don't even know who she is. I don't even know where to call her. But I do know where this is heading at. Kandid Kristen's one of the pictures that Jake Jacobs has [at Jacobs' editing bay] which he probably gave to Bone anyway. I'm sure he gave it to Bone which is no big deal. Don't you understand what he's [Bone] trying to do? He's trying to get his name in the magazine and on your web page every single day, whether it's positive or negative. This is something that he told me a long time ago. As long as John Bone's name or Cream is seen whether negative or positive, this is what he's trying to do. This is publicity. Believe me, I don't give a fuck about Bone anymore. It's being turned over to an attorney. The attorney is handling it, and he said to me, 'I will take care of everything.' I'm concentrating on my business. I'm not doing anything with Cream. John Bone can go release as many movies as he wants. He can say whatever he wants, but, believe me, I didn't call Kristen. Believe me. When she [Kristen] plays this tape, I'd love to hear it. Why would I call her? In a week or two weeks or a month, Bone's going to be in for a big surprise. I'm not bothering with Cream anymore. Charley's [Frey] not bothering with Cream anymore. He'll [Bone] get his surprise when things happen. I'm not doing anything to sabotage Mr. Bone's business."
