LOS ANGELES—San Francisco-based adult online retailer GameLink.com has offered twerk queen/pop sensation Miley Cyrus a million bucks to direct an “adult film” for which she would have “full creative control.” The offer was delivered Wednesday, says TMZ, which broke the story and has a copy of the letter, which is signed by Jeff Dillon, VP of Biz Dev at Eline.com and a consultant for GameLink.
“We believe that as an empowered 21st century woman, you are the ideal choice to show the world your vision as an artist in the world of adult entertainment,” wrote Dillon, adding, "We at GameLink feel this finally gives you a chance to show the world you are not a little girl anymore, and you won’t bow to the pressures of the likes of Sinead O’Connor, who is jealous of your success.”
Fully cognizant that Cyrus has “many new opportunities” before her, Dillon signs off expressing his hope that she will see the GameLink offer as an opportunity to “shake things up and create a buzz while feeding your creativity.”
TMZ reported, “We reached out to Miley for comment -- so far, no word back.”
