‘From Battling In Baghdad To Bangin’ in A Brothel’ Airs Tonight

CARSON CITY, NV—KCAL TV Channel 9 in Los Angeles will feature a special report tonight, November 8 at 10pm PST, about an Iraq war hero who returned to the U.S. to begin a new life as a legal prostitute at Dennis Hof’s world famous Love Ranch legal brothel in Carson City, Nevada.

A KCAL TV news crew spent weeks in Carson City, and California filming and interviewing Air Force Amber, a 22 year-old military vet, who, after returning to the US to a hero’s welcome, found herself without a home, a job, or a future—until she was taken in by the Love Ranch.

“The story of Air Force Amber is incredibly moving—from the personal challenges she faced growing up on the West Coast, to making the incredibly brave decision to enlist in the U.S. Air Force, to put her life on the line for her country, to now starting a new life here at the Love Ranch, after she came back to the U.S. in the middle of this horrific recession, which left this war hero homeless and penniless,” says Love Ranch General Manager Marc Medoff. “Indeed, in the short amount of time that Amber has been living and working here at the Love Ranch she has already become one of our stars, loved by fellow working girls and customers alike. We are proud of Amber’s service to her country, and we are proud to have her as a cherished member of the Love Ranch family.”

The exclusive KCAL-TV report is the latest in a string of mainstream media spotlights on the Love Ranch, one of the fastest-growing, most popular legal brothels in the U.S. The Love Ranch is the sister-brothel to the Moonlite Bunny Ranch, the subject of the long-running HBO-TV reality-hit series, “Cathouse”—with both facilities owned by bordello baron Dennis Hof.

Last week, the women of the Love Ranch were featured on a CBS-TV special report, and recently the Love Ranch was also highlighted on the cover of the LA Weekly, examining the lives and fortunes of a number of prostitutes who toil at the brothel to support their families, fund higher education, and pay their bills.

The KCAL-TV news segment will air in Los Angeles at 10pm (PST) on Channel 9—and then be picked up by other affiliate stations around the country over the next several days.

The Love Ranch is located at 95 Kit Kat Drive, Carson City, NV 89706, (775) 246-707.
