Forbidden Fruits Ups DVD Releases to Three for August

CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Forbidden Fruits Films makes good on its promise to raise its DVD output from two titles per month to three with its August release slate, to include Sins of Our Fathers, Mother-Daughter Lesbian Lessons and Mother's Indiscretion 2.

"The sales of our video line has taken off beyond our wildest expectations," Forbidden Fruits co-owner/director Jay West said. "We are so pleased with the success of our taboo older woman-younger man themed movies, we have decided to expand our lines to different genres."

Sins of Our Fathers, West explained, is the company's first older man/younger woman feature. "This movie will be filled with the same twisted, manipulative, taboo plots that our company has become known for," he promised. "This should be a big hit with our fans. We have tested a couple of the older man-younger woman scenes in a couple of markets, and with hits like Daddy's Favorite, our fans loved them."

Mother-Daughter Lesbian Lessons, meanwhile, ventures into the older woman/younger woman arena, and for assistance, the studio recruited one of the stars of the genre, Elexis Monroe, to co-direct.

"I can't think of anyone who can help us put together this project better than Elexis," Forbidden Fruits president (and wife to Jay) Jodi West professed. "She is a veteran director/performer of some of the top selling girl-girl films of this decade."

The third August release, Mother's Indiscretion 2, follows up one of the studio's all-time top sellers and falls within its staple older woman/younger man genre.

Offered Howard Levine of Forbidden Fruits distributor Exile Distribution, "Without a doubt Forbidden Fruits is the most exciting line I have sold in the last 25 years. It is the most re-ordered line available today. The numbers out the door rival quantities from five years ago. The are the frontrunner for Best New Studio of the Year. In my opinion they already won that award. Their online presence dominates all other studios; in the form of VOD, DVD and broadcast sales, they are number one in my opinion."
