LOS ANGELES—Forbidden Fruits Films first made its name with titles about step-mothers behaving badly, and the studio has since moved on to explore other complex relationships in blended families. Next up, shipping September 10 and streeting a week later, is Father Forgive Me.
Howard Levine of Exile Distribution, which handles distribution for Forbidden Fruits, pointed out that Father Forgive Me is the 50th movie from the studio. “With this title we wanted to push the envelope a little further open,” Levine said. “This title is one of the best in the line. They just keep getting better every time.”
In trouble for various forms of naughtiness, Zoey Foxx, Jade Jantzen, Kendra Lynn and Cadence Lux seem to think that step-father knows best—at least when it comes to meting out punishment. Fans can see if they've made the right choice by putting their fate in the hands of Tony D., Tony DeSergio and Forbidden Fruits co-founder Jay West instead of their own mothers.
The latest transgressive DVD from Forbidden Fruits offers more than two hours of running time with behind-the-scenes footage, trailers and other DVD extras.
