Flashpoint Productions has launched a new hardcore division called Felony Productions that is designed to cater to the European market.
The tagline on the box covers is “produced by convicted felons,” as both the editor and producer of the line have served prison time.
Flashpoint President Sandy Bunz, who is also spear-heading Felony Productions, told AVN.com Thursday that the new imprint would release two titles per month, beginning with Only the Lonely on Tuesday and followed by Screams of Sodomy on March 29.
“We’re coming out with more hard product geared toward the European market, blending bondage with hardcore scenes like it’s never been done before,” Bunz said, noting that he is hiring American talent for the line. “It truly is the dark side of the underbelly of the industry.”

Bunz, who directs all the titles, said he would be incorporating leather outfits, whips and gags into the scenarios in the Felony product.
“Everything that blends bondage with hardcore, although we don’t go over the limits,” he said.
Flashpoint Productions, which started over three years ago, produces what Bunz calls, “upbeat, fun, outdoorsy-type of stuff.” Series such as On the Beach, Sweet Lips, Spring Break River Rats and Public Sex, which has the sixth volume coming out on Tuesday, have become Flashpoint staples.
“All those will continue,” he said. “We will still be bringing one title on a week on those, but we wanted to add to it to satisfy the other side of tastes.”
