LOS ANGELES—Directing/performing couple Manuel Ferrara and Kayden Kross follow up their multiple AVN Award-nominated Misha Cross Wide Open with a new series edition showcasing reigning AVN Best New Starlet/Best Actress Carter Cruise.
Written by Kross, Carter Cruise Wide Open casts its titular star as a woman who can only get off on one-night stands and pays people to give her every sexual thrill she desires, then scram forever.
"Carter is one of those rare performers whose presence on set reminds you why porn is so much fun to make," Kross said. "Every scene she was in, every line of dialogue she delivered, every wardrobe look I threw at her made me more and more excited about the project."
Cruise's flings in Wide Open include an anal bout with Ferrara, a d.p. with Mick Blue and Ramon Nomar, a lesbian tryst with Kross and a four-guy blowbang.
With distributor Evil Angel touting the production as one offering "Hollywood-quality glamour [and] decadence," Kross opined that her and Ferrara's choice of Cruise as its centerpiece "was a key factor in helping to make this newest Wide Open title our best yet."
