Farrell Sex Tape Released, but for How Long?

The much (supposedly) anticipated Colin Farrell/Nicole Narain sex tape has reportedly been released on website DirtyColin.com.

The site, which loads extremely slowly, features screen shots of what appear to be Farrell and former Playboy Playmate Narain in various states of copulation, and bills itself as “the first website to give the full xxx home video of Colin Farrell and Playboy Playmate Nicole Narain.”

Farrell’s attorneys have been trying to block the release of the tape, while Narain has struck a deal with Phoenix-based Internet Commerce Group (ICG) to sell the tape online. Farrell filed suit against ICG in July, preventing the tape’s release. After filing for dismissal, ICG struck back in November by refocusing the case to a question of copyright law instead of privacy law, arguing that one willing participant should be able to release such material.

Both sides were surprised by the appearance of DirtyColin.com.

“I’m waiting to find out what the video is because I’m hoping they don’t have it or the quality [isn’t there]. I mean this is ridiculous,” says Sal Abbate, ICG’s CEO.

He continued to say that nothing has changed in the legal proceedings that would enable legal distribution of the tape.

“In fact, yesterday we were in the process of doing Nicole’s deposition,” Abbate says.

“Right now, our attorneys have contacted Colin Farrell’s attorneys and they are in the process of doing everything they can to get the site shut down.”

The operators of DirtyColin.com are thus far unknown. John Taylor of Coral Springs, Florida was listed in the site’s Whois contact information, but Taylor did not return calls seeking comment.

The IP is listed as a Brazilian address.

In the late 90s, Internet Entertainment Group’s (IEG) Seth Warshavsky successfully marketed the Pam Anderson/Tommy Lee sex tape without their consent.

ICG has planned to release the Farrell tape at HollywoodSexTapes.com.
