The Free Speech Coalition issued the following “Moratorium Update” this morning:
CANOGA PARK, Calif.—The Free Speech Coalition announced this morning that the moratorium is still in effect.
“We are waiting on additional information that should be in today or tomorrow,” said Diane Duke FSC Chief Executive Officer. “We will keep industry members posted and anticipate lifting the moratorium soon.”
As an extra precaution, when the moratorium is lifted, only performer tests taken on or AFTER August 19th will be valid. If you are a performer and your last panel is BEFORE August 19th then you will need to be retested.
