The Free Speech Coalition said today that the FBI believes an adult performer known as Seduction may have worked while underage.
There are at least four different actresses who have performed under the stage name of Seduction in the past four years. The one in question apparently has also gone by the name Chantae. Her real name may be Mieke Michele Jackson. The FSC has learned that she has in her possession government-issued IDs to prove her alleged age; specifically, a California DMV-issued ID, with the date of birth listed as July 22, 1982, and a social security card, both with the name Mieke Michele Jackson. The FSC said that it has no knowledge as to the validity of the IDs in her possession.
In a statement from the FSC, an adult advocacy group, the organization said "caution is recommended, as we are aware that there have been multiple performers using the name Seduction, but during this investigation, it is advisable to remove all content with Seduction, and seal it for attorney review and consultation. As the Free Speech Coalition gets additional information, we will post it on our Website."
The performer that the FBI appears to be interested in is the most recent actress named Seduction. The FSC has released a list of titles that may include scenes with the performer in question, but the organization is not representing that the list is either comprehensive or final.
In a follow-up statement that was just released by the FSC, it said, "We believe that extreme caution is warranted at this point in time, and that until a determination is made whether in fact an underage individual by the name of Seduction and/or Chantae has been performing, and if so, in what specific title or on what Websites she appears, that all titles listed below should be removed from circulation, and that all website content with performers using either the name Seduction or Chantae, should be removed and sealed for attorney review and consultation.
"Our understanding is that the performer names Chantae only shot for Websites, and at this point in time we do not have a list of Websites with content using performers with the name Chantae."

In the 20 years since the first underage performer scandal hit the industry – the one involving Traci Lords – there have been, including Lords, exactly four underage performers who have managed to sneak into the business. The others were Alexandria Quinn, Jeff Browning and Precious.
Each was discovered by adult industry producers themselves who promptly announced to the adult world that the minors had been uncovered, and had all product in which those performers appeared pulled from store and warehouse shelves.
Free Speech Coalition is the trade organization of the adult entertainment industry. Its mission is to safeguard the industry from oppressive governmental regulation and to promote good business practices within the industry.
