The FBI this morning visited the offices of Pure Play Media to inspect its 2257 record-keeping, the company confirmed.
“They were very professional and courteous,” Richard Arnold, CEO of Pure Play Media, told AVN.com, “They treated us very well and I was really impressed.”
Arnold said that investigators did not visit for long, but were interested in specific titles, though he wouldn’t comment on which ones. “We gave them the paperwork they needed and, in the end, they made a comment that we had everything in order.
“All indications were that we were in order, up to date and everything was taken care of.”
The visit is just the latest in a number of visits paid by the FBI to adult video producers. This summer, agents inspected records at Sunshine Films, Diabolic Video and Robert Hill Releasing, and more recently agents visited Evasive Angles, Darkside Entertainment and Legend Video.
