Agents from the FBI inspected talent records at gonzo production house, Darkside Entertainment recently.
Production Manager Craig Dayze said today that five former and current agents of the FBI inspected the company’s records for several performers last month.
“They had 10 movies where they took five video pulls of each person that appears in the movie and they compared them to the identification and IDs we had on file,” Dayze said.
“They were very nice about it. They were real happy with our files and after about three hours they left.”
Under federal law, adult producers are required to keep extensive records of the identities of each performer in their videos or films in order to assure they are of legal age.
The company is known for its all-black titles, such as Freaks of the Industry, Booty Call and Head Clinic.
