F.J. Lincoln Turns Up the Volume in Return to Insanity

After more than three decades in the industry, F.J. Lincoln knows what it takes to make a good movie.

“You get some hot girls who love sex and you have them fuck,” he says.

“It doesn’t hurt to have a little story line too.”

Although he admits his recipe is more complex, his Return to Insanity, available now through Evolution Erotica, has all those elements and then some.

Starring Extreme Associates contract star Paris Gables, Gia Paloma and Katie Gold, Return to Insanity shows Lincoln’s vision for what hardcore ought to be about – hot, young girls like Gables & Co. who take a pounding in all orifices while asking for more.

“I wanted to show that features don’t have to be pretty all the time. That you can get real hardcore and nasty with girls who really love rough sex,” Lincoln said.

The title tells the story of four female convicts who do all they can so they don’t have to return to prison.

With an all-out orgy and a scene featuring Georgia South squirting on a midget, the title ramps up the nasty factor with seven double-penetrations, including one double-vaginal, Lincoln says.

“I just wanted to do a feature where there isn’t all this jabbering, but where the girls just go in and have a good time and get crazy.”

Highlighting the title is Gables who portrays a homeless woman who gets more than she bargained for when she meets two bikers. Gables agrees to have sex for a drink, but ends up taking a blistering pounding on both ends before she rides the men hard in a double penetration in a dimly lit alley.

“She really surprised the heck out of me when she did the scene. She just stayed in the character of the homeless woman and took over.”

For her part, Gables said she enjoyed working with Lincoln and especially liked his easy-going manner.

“Freddie is really a great guy and a great director. He knows just what he wants in a scene,” she said.

Likewise, Gia Paloma, who is featured in her first and only double vaginal, has much respect for the veteran filmmaker, having worked with him two years ago when she began in the business.

“He and I always had this great rapport,” she said.

“He’s so creative, so kind and so perverted. And those are great qualities and I look to him as a mentor.”

Not surprisingly, AVN Editor in Chief Mike Ramone also hailed Lincoln’s work.

Insanity is crazy primo jack-off material, heavy on the anal assaults and no-holes barred DPs,” he said.

“Fred Lincoln, who has been directing smut for longer than many adult performers have been alive, can more than hold his own with today’s Young Turk hard edge shooters. In fact, he can probably teach them a thing or two. Insanity should definitely be considered at nominations time later this year.”

Having started his career in the early 70s, Lincoln has seen the industry grow into a multi-billion-dollar industry, from humble beginnings in tiny offices and basements in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley and elsewhere around the country.

“I used to work in mainstream movies and did some acting, but I didn’t think about getting into porn at first,” he said.

With roles in movies and even some commercials, Lincoln is known for appearing in the Wes Craven horror movie classic, “Last House on the Left,” as well as appearing as a stunt driver in the Academy Award-winning film “The French Connection.”

But it wasn’t until a friend asked him to appear in porn movie that Lincoln’s career would take a vital turn.

“I worked on that movie, then I went to direct this other movie and then another one,” he says.

Ultimately, Lincoln worked with Caballero in its heyday in the 1980s and moved on to helm movies for VCA, Vivid, Wicked, Spice and others, including Extreme where he recently completed Triangles, with Paloma.

“I like working with Rob Black and the Extreme people because they know it takes to make a really good movie,” he says.

“I like to make movies that have quality. I love the challenge of doing that.”
