Extreme’s Rob Black to Appear on Nightline Tonight

Rob Black of Extreme Associates, whose obscenity case was thrown out of court last week by a federal district judge in Pittsburgh, will give an exclusive interview to ABC News tonight on Nightline at 11:35 p.m.

Also scheduled to appear on the program is Patrick Trueman, a former member of the Justice Department and a well-known anti-porn crusader.

In a story posted today on ABC.com and headlined “Court Deals Blow to U. S. Anti-Porn Campaign,” ABC correspondent Jake Tapper called the Extreme Associates decision “a major legal defeat” for President Bush “on one of those ‘moral values’ issues that helped return him to office.”
