Evolution Erotica debuts its new 5-pack DVD special this week. The digital box set of Vols. 1-5 of Tom Byron’s award-winning series Whack Attack, originally released by Extreme Associates, hits the street tomorrow, November 9.
The set is wrapped in holographic foil. “We really spared no expense in packaging these DVDs,” Evolution owner Byron told AVN.com. “They just jump off the shelves at you. They’re going to reinvent the DVD-pack market for sure.”
A similarly packaged 5-pack of Byron’s Lord of Asses is scheduled to street on November 25. Evolution plans to follow that with 5-packs of Whack Attack Vols. 6-11 and 12-16. Vols. 10, 11, 14 and 16 have never been released on DVD.
Evolution’s 5-packs carry a special distributor price. “For what you pay somewhere else for 2- or 3-packs,” Byron said, “Evolution gives you five movies with over 12 hours of sex and 40 girls. Now that’s a revolutionary savings.”
